This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff kindly helped with my suitcases. Their friendliness made my stay enjoyable. I’ll definitely return for Christmas!

Braw stay, close to the station and a tasty Japanese breakfast that kicked off the day nicely! A wee downside was the tight bathroom, but the on-site baths and friendly staff more than made up for it.

Loved the spacious room and the yummy Japanese breakfast was a lekker start to the day! The friendly staff were super helpful, definitely made me feel at home. the public baths were a nice touch—my partner was in heaven!

The bathroom felt a bit tight. had to be careful not to knock anything over in the shower.

I enjoyed my stay with exceptional staff who remembered my room number without being told. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station with many attractions nearby. the bathroom was quite small, which might be uncomfortable for taller guests.

the hotel was super close to the train station, really convenient! room was roomy and comfy, and the japanese breakfast was delish. loved the public bath on the top floor, my partner enjoyed it a lot. staff were friendly and super helpful. really nice place overall!

Just a good pick for a two-day stay in Matsumoto with good value for money. The room was spotless, which I appreciated. Make sure to ask for a tool to open the window if it gets too hot.

We had a lovely family stay with our two teenagers. The hotel’s close distance to Matsumoto Castle made exploring super easy, and the complementary bikes were a lifesaver. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home throughout our visit.

My kids wished for a bigger bathroom.
